Exchanges & Refunds

POETIQ STORM is a POD [Print On Demand] store. This means we do NOT carry any pre-printed items in stock. Our products are ONLY printed after the customer has placed an order. Our third party print & fulfillment service ships the end product to our customers. So this makes our exchange process a little different from conventional retailers, who keep pre-printed items in stock & ready for purchase, or any size & color exchanges if needed. 

Being a POD shop means you have to print a new item for every size or color exchange. Hence, our Return Policy is a direct reflection of such POD dynamics. Please read it carefully and we thank you all in advance for your visits.

OUR RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGES

  • Customers have 30 days post purchase for returns.
  • NO exchange will be offered for any products damaged due to customers NOT following proper care/wash instructions.
  • Customers are ONLY allowed a 1 TIME exchange for a different size or color per item.
  • Any item needing exchange for a new size or color must be sent back to us, at the address we’ll provide to the customer.
  • The customer WILL PAY for the Return shipping ONLY and will NOT be charged for the new updated size or color.
  • If the customer requires a second size or color exchange, the customer will be PURCHASING the new size or color at full price, but shipping will be FREE.
  • So if unsure which size will fit you best, PLEASE be sure to use our provided size charts located by each product displayed in our website.
  • Customers DO NOT pay for exchanges shipping, IF the item(s) arrived with pre-existing damages, poor quality or the wrong product was delivered. 
  • When exchanging item(s) due to pre-existing damages, poor quality or wrong item delivered, the customer must email us ASAP [poetiq@poetiqstorm.com]  within 5 days of receiving the item. Customer’s email must include a detailed description of the mishap, provide us the16 digit order number on the Packing Slip, along with attached photo(s) of pre-existing damages or wrong item sent to you by our POD fulfillment services. 
  • Once we’ve received the customer’s detailed complaint with all required info mentioned in the above bullet point, we will start the process to remedy the issue, ASAP!

REFUNDS

  • Customers have 30 days after purchase for a full refund.
  • Refunds are offered for all POETIQ STORM products.
  • Any of our products damaged due to customers NOT following proper care/wash instructions, will NOT at any time be accepted by us & NO refund will be offered to the customer.
  • Customers DO NOT pay for return shipping, IF the item(s) arrived with pre-existing damages, poor quality or the wrong product was delivered. 
  • Customers must contact us [poetiq@poetiqstorm.com] before attempting a return
  • The customer PAYS for Returns shipping. 
  • Refunds will ONLY be made, after we’ve physically received the returned item(s).
  • All returns for a refund need to be sent to the address we provide to the customer.
  • Once we’ve received the returned item, the customer’s refund will be credited to the customer's bank account used in the original purchase.
