POETIQ STORM CO. is a P.O.D (Print On Demand) online store. This means, we do NOT carry any pre-printed products physically in stock. We only print when an order has been placed by a customer, hence the term “Print on Demand”. Being that this is the case, we ask that our customers please understand why our Return Policy has been implemented as described down below.

Exchanges & Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy after ship date for U.S. customers and a 60 day return policy after ship date for our  international customers. 

What do I need to do to make an exchange/replacement order or refund request?

  1. We will need your name on the credit card used to make the original purchase and your email.
  2. Please provide us with the purchase order number
  3. Via our email [poetiq@poetiqstorm.com] Please provide us with detailed pictures of the wrong or damaged item sent to you, to help us with our quality control purposes. Once we have physically received your exchange/return item,  then we can begin the process of a replacement or a refund, whichever you as the customer prefers. 
  4. Please be firm on exactly what you prefer,  a replacement or refund?  It's best that you know  before reaching out to us, because once you choose a replacement, we can't guarantee the printing process can be canceled if you as a customer suddenly decide you prefer a refund. 
  5. Once an exchange/ replacement has been shipped the tracking link will update on the original order. 

EXCHANGES

  • Being that we are a P.O.D. [Print On Demand] shop, meaning, we only  print “one offs'' and DO NOT hold printed products in stock, we can only allow 1 exchange per purchase. If a second exchange is requested, the customer will have to make a brand new purchase of that item, that will need to be printed again on demand.
  • Before we accept any exchanges, we will need detailed photo images of the item from the customer, because we need to know that the item is still  pristine and undamaged as when sent out to the customer. Only once we have the item physically in our possession and if it is in the same condition as when sent out to the customer; then we will proceed with the exchange process as needed.

RETRURNS

We offer a 30 day return policy after ship date for U.S. customers and a 60 day return policy after ship date for our  international customers.

  • As in all exchanges, before we accept any returns, we will need your purchase number and detailed photo images of the item from the customer. Only once we have the item physically back in our possession, and if it is in the same condition as when sent out to the customer; then we will proceed with the refund process as needed.

Where are Exchanges or Returns sent?
  • All return or exchange products will need to be sent back to us at the address provided to you by our Customer Service Team via email.
  • Please contact us here: [poetiq@poetiqstorm.com] asap with any claims for an exchange or return issues.
