How long will it take my item to ship?

For the sake of  being transparent with our customers, we need to be clear on how production works. Being that we, Poetiq Storm, are a P.O.D. (Print on Demand) company, It takes a little more time to process, print and ship the product to you, than it would with a normal store that carries items already printed, and physically in stock for immediate shipping to their customers.  

Packaging and Shipping:

  • Once a printed order meets our quality control standards the item is packaged. Once an order is ready for shipping it can take 12-24 hours for the tracking to update as the courier will still need to pick up the orders from the print facility. 
  • During off-peak months the majority of orders are processed within 4-7 business days on average and ready for shipping.
  • During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days on average and ready for shipping.
  • Please understand, these are estimates and are not a guarantee on exact times. So many factors can play a role in these times that it is hard to give an exact number of days for each item. 

Peak Times:

Year to year can be different.  However, we use these times of year as our peak times. Please keep in mind that shipping times also play a factor in the overall delivery times for orders. 

  • Valentines Day - February 14th
  • St Patrick's Day - March 17th
  • Easter - End of March
  • Mother's Day - May around the 3rd weekend
  • Father's Day -  June around the 3rd weekend
  • 4th of July - July 4th
  • Back to School - College Sports August thru middle of September
  • Halloween - October 31st
  • Thanksgiving - November 25th
  • Christmas - December 25th 
  • New Years - January 1st

DELIVERY

What happens if the tracking says my package was delivered, but I never received it?

  • On orders that show delivered and the customers have not received, please check with everyone in your household as someone else might have brought it in. Sometimes we have heard of a package going to a neighbor mistakenly or being left at a different/side door. In our experience, usually the package is located.

  • Most orders are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations where UPS does the first part and then the final delivery is done by USPS so we also suggest having the customer contact their local post office and many times they can get in touch with the actual person who delivered it and see if they recall where they left it. You can also provide a GPS location to where the order was delivered.  It’s best to do that soon after it’s marked as delivered.

What do I do if my package is lost?

  • As stated above, the majority of US orders are shipped UPS MI where UPS does the first half then they hand the orders off to USPS for delivery. Since there is a hand-off between the two couriers we can sometimes see delays between USPS receiving from UPS or them scanning in the orders. We ask that you please allow 10 delivery days of no movement before you reach out for a replacement or refund, as it's likely delayed and not lost. 

  • The majority of International orders are shipped through Asendia then once they arrive to the receiving country the local tracking link will update. For example once the order arrives to Canada the second tracking attached will be for Canada Post tracking which will track to the door. International shipping can take longer since one can expect to see delays occur between packages getting sorted to leave the US. Once they arrive at their country of destination, we can also expect to see delays with them going through customs. We do ask that you please allow at least a month for delivery before requesting a replacement of the item or a refund. 

What happens if the item arrives and it’s already damaged?

  • If it is an issue on our end where we’ve  sent out the wrong product, wrong size, bad graphic, or damaged goods, we ask that you please contact us immediately within the same week you received the item. No later than 3 days after delivery is recommended. The quicker you reach out, the faster we can get you a replacement item or a return if that is your preference. shipped to the address you provide us.  for faster processing of your exchange or return.  Your purchase number and detailed photos taken by you as the buyer will also be needed in your email.
